Responsibilities

• Dispatching wholesale deliveries for Havana locations Ford, Subaru, Hyundai and Mazda.

• Working with each location to help streamline the outbound process for best efficiency.

• Holding vendors accountable for COD deliveries. Includes pulling reports from OPS on COD customers daily

• Holding drivers accountable using the phone app for deliveries.

• Handling of money, collecting and properly logging checks and cash.

• Attention to detail with multiple rooftops to ensure returns or new orders are all picked up with the accurate labels.

• Multitasking and being responsive to emails.

Requirements:

• Dealership wholesale dispatcher experience required, 1 year or more preferred

• Clean driving record or minimal violations

• Valid Driver's license

• Must be 18 years or older

• High School Diploma or equivalent
