What You Will Do
- Prepare patients for medical eye exams with the clinical doctor by completing preliminary testing
- Complete prior authorizations for patient medications
- Utilize EHR system to capture patient history and vision concerns
- Support the company mission by creating outstanding patient experiences
- Support the company values by being accountable, solutions oriented, and collaborative in the clinic with patients and fellow teammates.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous Ophthalmic Technician experience ophthalmology setting preferred
