Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the property, ensuring compliance with company polic
- Manage resident relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintenance , timely repairs and install new equipment.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections to ensure high standards of proper functionality.
- Implement sales strategies to maximize occupancy rates and enhance resident satisfactions.
Experience
- Familiarity with self serve car wash equipment and must know how to repair.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently.
