Sway Creative Labs (http://www.madebysway.com) is seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and organized Digital Producer who doesn’t shy away from taking the lead in helping us create best in class experiences for a growing list of clients. The selected candidate will be responsible for producing our digital experiences and enterprise websites, acting as a point person for clients, vendors and our internal team.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience in an agency or client-side setting producing web based projects
- A in-depth knowledge of the digital project life-cycle, brief to launch
- Hands-on experience writing documentation, estimates and schedules
- A well balanced understanding of both the design and development process
- Knowledge of accessibility such as ADA tier AA requirements a plus
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead project meetings with staff, clients and vendors anticipating next steps, timing, and resources needed to fluently navigate a project’s cycle
- Serve as a responsive, knowledgeable, and courteous primary conduit between our clients and internal team members
- Contribute insights and ideas on achieving client goals while working alongside our creative and development teams
- Lend your institutional knowledge to enhance and refine our internal process
- Define project scopes, schedules and estimates based on creative briefs, data and insights
- Maintain schedules that target milestone dates and afford operators and clients time to review and revise our work in its many phases to completion
- Conduct periodic check-ins with operators on larger projects to ensure incremental progress between milestones and course correct if needed
- Have a command of all project aspects with a “quick learning” aptitude when presented with challenges
- Set a sound example with regard to best practices around project management such as itemizing tasks with thorough descriptions and materials needed, establishing meeting agendas, following up with meeting notes, a strong sense of prioritization and affording time for operators to complete those tasks while still meeting client deadlines
- Manage project budgets and tracking actuals against estimations
- Knowledge of print, broadcast and/or multi-channel campaign management are a bonus

- Health Plan. All employees are eligible to enroll in one of (3) Group HMO Optima Health Plans; with Sway covering 80% of employee’s cost and 50% of your dependents
- Dental Insurance. Sway pays 100% of employee’s United Concordia Dental Plan
- Yearly bonuses. Unless otherwise stated, you will be eligible to receive a year-end bonus based on your performance, to be determined in Sway’s full discretion. Payment of bonuses is on the second paycheck of November each year. Additional bonuses may be awarded throughout the year based on your own (including your efforts in generating new business via your own relationships) and the company’s performance, to be determined at Sway’s discretion
