What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Merchandiser and Hospitality Professional position at Sweet Grass?
We are searching for individuals to join our growing team at Sweet Grass Home that will specialize in all things relating to sales and top notch Customer Service.. A typical day for an employee looks like:
-Helping serve our costumers with quality care helping find exactly what they're looking for
-Team work mentality and helping each other as needed in a fun working environment
-Stocking supplies as needed
- Preparing for incoming shipments by making room for new items
- Receiving shipments via our carriers (either as individual boxes or pallets)
- Stocking newly received items on sales floor and merchandising
-Maintain social media with exciting content that will interests a variety of customers
- Breaking down all boxes that are not needed / taking out trash from that day’s work as well as regular opening and closing duties
The perfect candidate will come ready to work, will enjoy staying busy with assigned tasks, will have a knack for organization, will have keen attention to detail, and will assist with many aspects of the business as needed.
