Job Description
The Marathon gas station on Painters Run Rd is currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join the team.

Assistant Manager Responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer experiences
- Assisting store manager with various daily tasks on site
- Manage site in absence of store manager
- Complete management paperwork accurately
- Oversee training of cashiers
- Writing, receiving, and stocking orders for site
- Oversee employees on shift
- Act as a communicator between cashiers and management team
- Critical inventory counts
- Follow and enforce company's policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Retail management experience preferred, but not required
- Beer experience preferred, but not required
- Able to lift/carry up to 49 lbs
- Able to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to be on call for staffing issues or emergencies
