  • Clinical Expertise :  Expand capabilities within our rehabilitation programs to meet the diverse needs of residents.
  • Innovative Mindset :  Develop new strategies to enhance services, relationships, and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee therapy services amongst multiple California facilities, ensuring the highest quality of care and compliance.
  • Monitor and achieve performance metrics while maintaining resident-centered practices.
  • Foster collaboration among facility DORs, therapists, and administrators.
  • Be a resource for professional development, mentorship, and team-building.
  • Support community outreach efforts and help facilities build strong relationships with their community partners.
  • Empower and hold accountable the therapy staff with recruitment and retention efforts within their facilities.

    • Qualifications :

  • Licensed PT, OT, or SLP.
  • Proven leadership experience in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing setting.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Previous multi-site experience in therapy services preferred.
