What you’ll do

• Craft and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, while adhering to food safety standards.
• Take food and drink orders accurately using our POS system
• Provide attentive and friendly service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, maintaining accurate transaction records.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders during busy shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, upholding high standards of hygiene.
• Engage with guests to enhance their experience, offering recommendations based on their preferences.
• Assist in banquet services and catering events as needed, showcasing your versatility in the food service industry.

Basic qualifications

• Proven experience in a bartending or serving role within a fine dining or nightclub setting.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that puts guests at ease.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills accurately.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Experience in retail math to assist with inventory management and sales tracking.
