We value craftsmanship, safety, and professionalismand we invest in the growth of every team member.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with Service Calls: Support licensed plumbers in diagnosing, repairing, and replacing plumbing systems, fixtures, and components.Tool & Equipment Handling: Set up and organize tools and materials on site; help operate jetters, drain machines, and other diagnostic tools under supervision.Site Prep & Clean-Up: Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe before, during, and after work.Learning on the Job: Gain exposure to commercial plumbing systems including hot water plants, booster pumps, backflow devices, and ADA upgrades.Documentation: Help with basic documentation, including photo logging and material tracking via tablet-based work order systems.Safety & Compliance: Follow OSHA guidelines, company safety procedures, and site-specific rules at all times.Team Support: Collaborate with field techs, dispatch, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth job execution.QualificationsExperience: 1 years of plumbing, construction, or mechanical experience preferred, but not requiredon-the-job training provided.Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Physical Ability: Able to lift 75 lbs, work on ladders, and operate in tight spaces (ceilings, crawlspaces, roofs).Soft Skills: Eager to learn, reliable, punctual, and able to take direction well.Licensing: Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.Bonus Skills (a plus, not required): Confined space awareness, OSHA-10, or basic tool handling knowledge. Handy on many general tasks.
