What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Field Engineer position at Swift?
The Swift Group is looking for an experienced Field Engineer to join a new prime program. This individual will lead a team of field service engineers assigned to temporary duty in various OCONUS locations. They will ensure customer security systems are maintained, installed, repaired, and decommissioned as necessary. As the most senior Field Engineer, this person is responsible for quality control of the engineering team and should have experience with installing, repairing, and maintaining several types of physical and technical security systems..
Required Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience with VSS (CCTV), and at least 3 years of experience in IT Networking, Access Control, Perimeter / Residential / Commercial Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Ground Surveillance Radar (GSR), Vehicle Inspection Systems (VIS) design and installation, Vehicle Banier and Gate Control Systems, and / or Intercom / Emergency Call Systems
- 2 years of experience managing project activities and installation teams from beginning to end of project life cycle.
- Proficiency with IT systems, including, but not limited to : MS Office, Adobe, and AutoCAD.
- Bachelor's Degree
- US Citizenship and active TS / SCI security clearance
