Job Description: POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Solution Development & Deployment: Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable applications using front-end and back-end technologies, including Microsoft Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Azure SQL, and third-party low-code tools. Create robust solutions tailored to meet Swinerton's business requirements, streamline processes, and reduce costs. AI-Driven Process Automation & Virtual Assistants: Design and implement intelligent automation solutions, including conversational interfaces and digital assistants, to enhance user experience and streamline workflows. Develop and deploy solutions that leverage large language models (LLMs) to provide contextual responses, automate knowledge retrieval, and improve decision-making within business applications. Automation & Integration: Implement complex automation workflows to improve efficiency and prevent user errors. Integrate enterprise systems with APIs, middleware, and workflows to ensure seamless, automated data flow and interoperability. Innovative Technology Adoption: Leverage advanced tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Power Platform, and AI integrations, to enable intelligent applications and digital workplace transformation. Continuously explore cutting-edge technologies like machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and robotic process automation (RPA). Security & Lifecycle Management: Ensure compliance with Swinerton's security protocols and maintain application lifecycle management (ALM) practices. Coordinate with teams to maintain stability and high availability across production, development, and test environments. Collaboration & User Experience: Partner with internal teams to gather requirements, produce functional designs, and create intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly solutions. Provide training and support to maximize adoption and usability of developed applications. Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in existing systems and lead efforts to leverage emerging technologies for enhanced efficiency and innovation. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions, system configurations, and best practices. Develop training materials, including guides and tutorials, to support users. Complete other responsibilities as assigned. MINIMUM SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 6 years of professional experience in application design and development. 8 years of experience in designing, administering, and maintaining Microsoft cloud environments. Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI-powered conversational interfaces, virtual assistants, or generative AI-driven automation solutions in a business environment. Experience integrating large language models (LLMs) into enterprise workflows to enhance automation, improve data retrieval, and enable advanced decision-support systems. Experience designing workflows that leverage natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning models for business process automation. Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Query. Advanced experience with low-code tools such as Google AppSheet and Boomi Flow. Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and ITSM solutions for ticket management. Strong applied knowledge of authentication, security, and ALM practices for the Microsoft Power Platform. Proficiency in programming languages like Power FX, DAX, JavaScript, Python, TypeScript, and C#. Experience with web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js), API integration (REST, GraphQL), and tools such as Visual Studio. In-depth knowledge of cloud-based development environments, including Microsoft Azure. Hands-on experience with custom app development and automation using third-party low-code tools. Experience in training and fine-tuning LLMs with domain-specific data. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Collaborative and proactive approach to cross-functional teamwork. Exposure to ITIL service management frameworks preferred. Experience with data analytics, business intelligence tools, and advanced automation solutions preferred. Familiarity with accessibility standards for digital applications preferred.
