• Individual must have a strong work ethic; must be able to work unsupervised AND in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• High Volume Production
• Proficient knife skills and ability to operate kitchen equipment in a safe manner.
• Constant standing and walking. Be able to work in a standing position for up to 8 hours.
• Work in a Cold Environment 40 degrees.
• Frequent pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Preparation or pans, proofing, scoring, baking and finish of cooked goods and pastries, timely and efficiently while maintaining company.
• Ensure proper product identification, labeling and expiration dates of each product.
• Safe handling of all food items, follow regulated food temperatures and adhere to the portion guidelines.
• Other responsibilities may include : assist with butchering of proteins, make sauces and desserts.
