- Individual must have a strong work ethic; must be able to work unsupervised AND in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

- Proficient knife skills and ability to operate kitchen equipment in a safe manner.
- Constant standing and walking. Be able to work in a standing position for up to 8 hours.

- Frequent pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs.
- Preparation or pans, proofing, scoring, baking and finish of cooked goods and pastries, timely and efficiently while maintaining company.
- Ensure proper product identification, labeling and expiration dates of each product.
- Safe handling of all food items, follow regulated food temperatures and adhere to the portion guidelines.
