What does a Fleet Technician do at Swire Coca Cola?
This is a full-time industrial level auto-mechanic position, responsible for performing maintenance, running diagnostics and repairing our medium to heavy duty diesel trucks, trailers, material handling and gasoline service vehicles. You will inspect fleet vehicles, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and play a crucial role in keeping our trucks safe and on the road!

What does a Fleet Technician do at Swire Coca Cola?
This is a full-time industrial level auto-mechanic position, responsible for performing maintenance, running diagnostics and repairing our medium to heavy duty diesel trucks, trailers, material handling and gasoline service vehicles. You will inspect fleet vehicles, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and play a crucial role in keeping our trucks safe and on the road!
Responsibilities:
- Maintain diesel equipment operation by completing inspections and preventive maintenance requirements
- Maintain material handling equipment operation by completing safety inspections and preventive maintenance requirements
- Determine vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests
- Keep equipment available for use by completing preventive maintenance schedules
- Correct vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassembling, and replacing major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, parts, or systems, such as, power and drive trains, electrical, air conditioning, fuel, emission, brake, steering, hydraulics
- High School Diploma (or GED) required
- ASE Certified Diesel Mechanic preferred
- 3-5 years Fleet maintenance experience
- 3-5 years preventative maintenance, Electrical/Mechanical troubleshooting experience on material handling equipment – Crown and Toyota
- Trade School is considered a plus
- Welding/Fabrication experience
- Must be able to furnish own tools, and possess ability to safely use them
- Must be able to obtain Local Safety and Emission licenses
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday with occasional weekends and overtime
