About the Role
This position will play a key role in bringing to market exciting brands and initiatives. Responsible for the development, and successful execution of brand strategies, the Brand Manager will be an essential player in our mission to modernize our portfolio and the way we communicate with our adult consumers.
Key Responsibilities
• Leads all brand-level activities and strategic initiatives including but not limited to: strategic brand planning, brand ideation, advertising and experiential planning, retail/shopper marketing, market research, adult consumer research, product development, packaging/quality initiatives, pricing analysis, distribution strategy, and financial analysis.
• Collaboration with agency partners to ensure brand consistency and effective and timely execution of marketing initiatives.
The Experience Needed
• 3-5 years of related marketing experience with a strong understanding of general branding concepts including strategy, consumer segmentation, value proposition and positioning, market research, pricing, and marketing communication and tactics.
• Experience in formulating, executing, and analyzing omnichannel consumer marketing campaigns.
• Proven strategic planning and creative concepting skills. Demonstrated critical-thinking, analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• High level understanding of brand-level P&Ls and financial reports.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and work well with all levels of employees, including senior management.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple projects effectively.
• High-level written and verbal communication skills. Strong presentation and public speaking capabilities
• Enthusiastic, goal-driven attitude with the ability to follow up and follow through proactively.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Word).
The Preferred Experience
General awareness and knowledge of tobacco product value chain and understanding of regulatory restrictions affecting the industry. Prior industry experience is preferred but not required.
