Senior Director / General Manager – Wireline OSP Construction (Wisconsin Market)

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Director or General Manager to lead and scale wireline OSP construction operations across the Wisconsin market. This executive leader will own both operational performance and financial results, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and aligned with company standards.
This role partners closely with executive leadership, clients, and internal teams to drive growth, strengthen market presence, develop high-performing leaders, and continuously improve operational and financial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Full P&L ownership of the assigned market, overseeing both operations and financial performance
• Lead construction and project teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
• Provide accurate, timely operational and financial reporting to executive leadership
• Drive strategic initiatives that improve productivity, margins, and overall performance
• Identify operational and financial risks and implement effective solutions

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or related field preferred (MBA a plus)

Salary : $150,000 - $185,000
