What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Care Manager position at Swope Health?
As a Nurse Care Manager for Swope Health Services, you will be a part of a team you will be part of a team of caregivers to provide care for the people who need it most. Our Nurse Care Manager manages a wide array of physical health needs, and behavioral health needs. If you have a passion for working with a team of dedicated caregivers to make care visible every day, this role is for you.
Successful Candidate will have:
- Current, unrestricted license as Registered Nurse in State of Missouri (RN) and Kansas, BSN preferred.
- license to start, willing to hire RN without Kansas license if eligible to obtain Kansas license within the first 90 days of employment.
- 2-5 years of experience in an outpatient clinical setting or previous experience in care coordination role
pediatric experience preferred.
