What are the responsibilities and job description for the Future Opening: Math Tutor position at Sylvan?
We are seeking a Math Tutor to help our clients excel academically! You will provide non-classroom instruction to students on an individual or group basis. LOCATED IN ROSEMOUNT MN
No lesson planning or bringing work home! You will learn how to teach our math program and ACT as well. Homework, ACT, Upper Level math is the subjects we are hiring for right now.
Algebra, Calculus, Math and Science ACT, Geometry
Responsibilities:
- Manage and educate students in a non-classroom setting
- Help students with homework
- Teach Sylvan math and ACT programs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with students
- Sufficient knowledge of core educational subjects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
