- Creating a safe, loving, and nurturing environment for our littlest learners
- Designing and delivering play-based, developmentally appropriate curriculum
- Building trusting relationships with families through communication and care
- Observing, documenting, and celebrating every milestone
- Working as part of a passionate, dedicated team of educators
🎓 What You Bring:

Degree or higher (preferred)
- Classroom experience with infants or young toddlers
- A passion for nurturing developmental growth from the very beginning
- Great communication skills and a warm, team-oriented spirit
- Familiarity with child-led learning, documentation, and responsive care
