Role Overview: Ensure project goals and objectives are met within the prescribed time frame, budget, and requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s in computer science, business, or related field.
- 9-10 years of project management experience or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Experience leading medium to large-scale IT projects.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced troubleshooting, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Ability to develop productive working relationships and manage projects to successful conclusions.
- Experience managing vendor relations and partnerships.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Visio, and Office.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
- PMP, Scrum, or similar certifications desired.
- Experience with new COTS implementations is highly desired.
- Execute project plans and activities, ensuring quality and integrity.
- Interact with stakeholders, including senior leadership and executives.
- Guide and facilitate stakeholders in establishing detailed project requirements.
- Define and document project scope, objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
- Create, manage, and maintain the project schedule.
- Independently manage assigned projects to meet customer expectations.
- Lead project team status meetings to track milestones and dependencies.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports.
- Manage project risks, issues, and scope changes.
- Ensure IT systems and workflows are well-documented.
- Participate in QA and UAT planning and execution.
- Create and maintain all project documentation and records.
- Perform post-implementation reviews to assess goals and identify lessons learned.
