As a Supply Intern at Symmetry Energy Solutions, you will utilize your analytical and technical skills to support our traders, schedulers and leadership as we meet the supply demands of our business. A supply intern will have the opportunity to work with operational data, identifying areas for improvement, helping to refine business processes and research strategic opportunities. Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality, accurate, and timely handling of operational data.
- Maintain and improve MS Excel based spreadsheets.
- Work withing technology systems to accurately upload and download data.
- Navigate pipeline electronic bulletin board or other websites to pull information, input data or upload files.
- Researching market information and developing summaries for traders/leadership.
- Develop relationships with Scheduling, Trading, Sales, Product Control and other support groups.
- Prepare analysis and presentation of business cases for proposed projects.
- Organize data for deals, volume projections, imbalances and other projects, to improve accuracy and ease of access to data.
- Develop & maintain a thorough data analysis for different business areas.

Education/Certification/Experience
- Concurrent enrollment in a degree seeking program throughout duration of experience
- Desired major and or minor – Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, Business Analytics or other related disciplines. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in business-related disciplines
- Maintains strong academic performance
- Proficiency with Office 365, primarily Outlook, Word and Excel.
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:
- Able to reach, grasp and move items
- Able to sit, stand or walk for extended periods.
- Able to speak, read and understand the English language.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment with deadlines that may require more than a 40-hour as required.
- Able to work indoors, in an office environment, regardless of whether open office, cubicle, or private office.
