Multi doctor surgical center looking for an LVN to assist with all areas of patient care. This is a part time per diem postion. The hours weekly vary from 20-40 depending on the case load.
```Duties:```
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
-- Assist with discharge planning and coordinate post-discharge care for patients.
- Assist in the OR as needed.
```Qualifications:```
- Valid LVN license in [state].
- Experience in areas such as Orthopedics and Surgery Center setting is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and standards of care.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
-Bilingual Spanish a plus.
