What You'll Do as a Speech Language Pathologist
As part of our caring SLP team, you will:
- Evaluate and treat diverse speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication needs.
- Develop individualized Plans of Care with tailored goals.
- Collaborate with families for skill carryover and resources.
- Stay current with professional development and evidence-based practices.
- Maintain documentation, adhering to requirements.
Who You Are as a Speech Language Pathologist
You’re a compassionate and skilled SLP with:
- A Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- A valid Texas state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
- ASHA Certification (or a Clinical Fellow eager to grow).
- A collaborative spirit, thriving in a team setting.
- Experience (or passion to gain experience!) with various conditions such as articulation, fluency, swallowing, and AAC.
- Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
