Come join a partnership between Vibrant Gastro and Syneos Health, where you will be part of launching a first in class, FDA approved drug free technology to improve patient care for chronic idiopathic constipation sufferers.

In this role you will be solely responsible for a defined set of gastroenterology targets to build brand awareness and product adoption. Your ability to shape customer thinking using innovative technology to treat patients in a compliant, customer centric manner is the daily objective. The Account Manager will approach selling through the lens of the customer and work collaboratively with our internal partners to ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify business opportunities and create a plan to drive success in line with the marketing plan
  • A self- starter who has a passion for winning and a desire to “own the business” and be accountable to the results
  • Foster strategic long-term relationships with influential customers and identify opportunities to provide increased customer value
  • Analyze markets, business planning, and allocate resources in order to meet the sales goals and KPI attainment
  • Deep understanding of the payer environment, reimbursement and a track record of success finding solutions for patients and physicians

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years’ sales experience
  • Experience in business planning and tactical execution to drive desired outcomes
  • Valid drivers’ license and the ability to travel within your geographical area of influence

Desired Requirements:

  • MBA degree
  • Proven account based selling experience within the local GI marketplace
  • A demonstrated history of sales performance and customer development
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $110 - $115k. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
