Patient Journey Coordinator - North Raleigh, NC
Synergy is seeking full-time Bilingual Patient Journey Coordinators! The ideal candidate is highly motivated with a passion for the beauty and wellness industry and ready to serve as a brand ambassador for Synergy. Our Patient Journey Coordinators serve as the first point of contact for all patients inquiring about our services, with the primary responsibility of converting calls into booked appointments. This role will utilize our CRM to track all leads that come through the Patient Journey Center and requires a customer service background and sales skillset.
Compensation begins at $18/hr as well as monthly bonus incentives.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrates a fluency in the Spanish and English languages. Possess extensive knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- 2 years of high-end customer service
- 2 years of sales experience
- Previous medical spa experience preferred
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Provide translation-interpreter services for Spanish-speaking patients and their families, as needed throughout the Synergy brand.
- Answering incoming phone calls directed to the Patient Journey Center.
- First point of contact for new and existing patients inquiring about injectables, laser, body contouring, plastic surgery, and facial treatments.
- Educate the patient on all services Synergy has to offer and thoroughly describe treatments by following a script.
- Convert calls into booked appointments.
- Assist with answering emails and text messages.
- Capture and reach out to leads made through online inquiries.
- Use CRM software to track all leads made through online inquiries throughout the points of contact.
COMPETENCIES:
- Expresses self clearly and concisely in oral and written communications, in the Spanish and English languages.
- Communicates effectively with patients.
- Is pleasant and friendly with patients over the phone, via email and text.
- Successfully credentials the practice and providers.
- Is knowledgeable in all aspects of Synergy and the services we offer.
- Follows the phone verbiage scripting and gathers all appropriate information for our practice management system.
