An established Overland Park company is seeking a Controller with "hands-on" financial management experience. Great work / life balance!
The Controller will be responsible for variety of duties that include:
- Prepare financial statements
- Daily electronic bank deposits for multiple entities
- Coordinate accounts payable and manage accounts payable entries
- Enter intra-company transactions
- Enter general ledger entries and adjustments
- Authorize ACH payments and set up new companies
- Manage the management fees and pay amounts
- Bank and account reconciliations
- Review business/operations partnerships and compliance
- Review and sign off on monthly bank statements
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years experience as a Controller
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
- Strong communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
