What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Partner - Retail and SME Banking position at synpulse?
As a senior leader within the practice, you would:
- Develop the North American Retail & SME business line by identifying opportunities, building and executing a strategic sales plan to meet revenue and growth targets
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Conduct market and trend analyses to identify strategic growth opportunities
- Apply industry knowledge to proactively recommend innovative solutions that address evolving client needs
- Produce solutions to complex problems demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the subject matter and an ability to think independently and communicate concisely
- Lead and be hands-on with the proposal development process, including RFP responses, pitch presentations, and pricing strategies
- Lead business development and marketing strategies in the region, collaborating with practice leads to align efforts with the firm’s capabilities
- Mentor consultants and senior consultants to increase their industry-specific knowledge and practical experiences
