Be prepared to:
- Work with new / different materials on each project (We don’t use the same paver, block, etc. over and over as it doesn’t provide each project with a unique look).
- Learn each day. If there is a new or better way to construct, expect us to be doing it.
- Challenge yourself. Our jobsites are challenging. Whether it’s a steep hill, limited site access, large waterfall, lakefront work, etc., we find ourselves working on some of the most challenging sites in the area.
