Under the direction and supervision of the licensed RN performs basic patient care services.
Essential Duties:
-Assists the patient with ADL’s (activities of daily living) such as personal hygiene and grooming care, feeding, ambulation, turning, lifting, transporting of patients.
-Obtains, reports, and records patient data.
-Assists with swing bed patient activities.
-Performs miscellaneous duties and tasks as assigned.
