Looking for an Apartment/Resident Manager located in Payson, Utah.
Must be able to work in a fast pace environment, but uphold a professional attitude and the ability of working with all people. A great opportunity with an established, stable, multi-state Management firm. Must be proficient in software applications, and possess basic math skills. Good organizational skills, time management, communication and demonstrated customer service skills, professional appearance, and experience in supervising other team members are needed for this position. Responsibilities include posting rents, supervising others, team player, respectful of peers, conducting periodic inspections of units, processing move outs, renting apartments and marketing. Knowledge of USDA preferred, but not necessary. Competitive salary dependent upon experience. Managers are expected to work flexible hours if required. Some travel will be needed for training. Employer offers regular training and education opportunities. Must have reliable transportation. Must pass a drug test and back ground screening.
Must be fluent in English bi-lingual welcomed!
