• Microsoft 365 Administration: Governance, compliance, Azure AD access/authentication, and driving adoption of tools, especially Teams.
• SharePoint Online Administration: Managing workflows, permissions, content, and supporting migrations to SharePoint Online.
• Web Content Management: Proficiency in responsive design, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, SEO, and accessibility.
• Collaboration Tools: Expertise in configuring and optimizing Microsoft Teams for organizational use.
