Qualifications
- At least 10 years of IT experience
- 5 years of hands-on management experience in the most recent role
Technical Skills
- Extensive experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Deep understanding of high-level business processes (Customer Service, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Financials, etc.)
- Successful leadership of multiple ERP implementations
- Support for ERP operating environments
- Proficiency in database and reporting technologies
- Vendor management expertise
