Growing Oilfield Services/Environmental company located in Memorial City is looking to add an incredible Billing Administrator to their corporate office!
Focus includes:

Organize, review, and determine ticket/invoice processing and routing

Manually enter disposal tickets and research invoice discrepancies
-
Create invoices daily/weekly/monthly as required by the customer

Maintain pricing schedules in collaboration with sales representatives and the Director of Sales
-
Communicate with receivers, sales, EDI group, and customers regarding sales tickets, issues, questions, and data requests

Work with collections and EDI teams to ensure invoices are approved for payment
Targeting candidates with:

Experience in administrative support, billing, or accounting
-
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
-
Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset
Offering $24-$25/hr DOE
