What You’ll Do
- Partner with leadership to drive organizational development, employee engagement, and talent strategy
- Lead performance management, succession planning, and workforce development initiatives
- Oversee compliance, union negotiations, HR policy implementation, and change management
- Guide recruitment strategies, ensuring a strong talent pipeline aligned to business goals
- Leverage data and HR systems (BambooHR, ADP, Paycom) for smart decision-making and operational excellence
- 8–10 years of progressive HR leadership in manufacturing (electronics, semiconductor, defense, or aerospace) - required!
- Multi-site, multi-state experience with strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
- Proven success in union contract negotiation and employee relations
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute on the ground
- HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred
