S³ Inc. has an immediate opening for a Program Control Analyst 3 to support our on-going programs at Redstone Arsenal. The PCA will work at our corporate headquarters in Cummings Research Park, Huntsville, AL.
Description:
The Program Control Analyst 3 provides solutions to a wide range of difficult problems and provides project planning and control support for multiple contract. reconciliation of costs between Deltek Costpoint and the contract workbook. Also performs other duties related to contract requirements and schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Budget Assessments- development and monitoring.
- Analyze cost and assess performance on multiple project elements.
- Enter and track data through SharePoint applications and maintain task products inclusive of an internal auditable notebook of task processes, product deliverables, and schedules.
- Prepare Individual Work Authorizations for the staff to identify proper contract charge codes, verifies timecard charges in Costpoint against budgets, and initiates employee charging in Costpoint systems
- Analyze cost and assess performance on multiple project elements.
- Develop and monitor budgets and create/maintain program/project schedules.
- Develop monthly performance and cost reports to meet customer deadlines.
- Evaluate timecards in Deltek to ensure employees are properly charging and implement into work plans.
- Manage employee travel request process including CONUS/OCONUS travel for employees traveling under company and Prime travel systems
- Access and manage entries in multiple time and accounting systems utilized by Prime contractors to support requirements for labor and travel charges to the incumbent's contracts.
- Ensure all travel requests meet FAR compliance.
- Assign labor codes.
- Analyze the contract work authorization to develop the work plan for contracts.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of relevant experience. .
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
- Good working knowledge with Deltek Costpoint.
- Experience developing, monitoring and assessing budgets and developing and maintaining program/project schedules.
- Experience developing monthly performance and cost reports to meet customer deadlines.
- Experience evaluating employee time cards to ensure time cards are completed correctly.
- Experience using labor codes and how to assign them.
