S3 Inc. is seeking a Subject Matter Expert to support projects on Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL.
Description:
The Senior Program Analyst-SME provides SETA support to a Product Office, within a Major Army Project Office, PEO Missiles and Space. Provides direct support to the Launcher and Fire Control System Assistant Product Managers (APM).
Responsibilities:
- Management and integration support for APNT (Assured Positioning, Navigation and Timing) /M-code integration for launcher variants.
- Integration support for transitioning of SINCGARS (Single Channel Ground and Airborne Radio System) communication to Software Defined Radios (SDR).
- Development of expertise in future launchers and support to Long Range Fires Battalions
- Technical and programmatic support to APMs management of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs for launcher variants.
- Assist the APMs in program development, development of and tracking of funding requirement.
- Respond to Requests for Information (RFI) and formal SACO (Staff Action Control Office) taskers.
- Support to development and submission of P/R forms, budget planning and POM builds and coordination.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in engineering, science, math, management, business or other related weapon system discipline from an accredited college or university and 15 years of experience. If Bachelor's degree must have additional 5 years of relevant technical experience.
- Masters and 15 years or Bachelors and 20 years, with 10 years of relevant experience with SOW requirements.
- Seven (7) years of hand-on experience in one or more functional areas such as system engineering, management, system analysis, strategic planning, integrated logistics, modeling and simulation, and/or test and evaluation for relevant programs.
- Must have strong program management background and understanding of engineering principles and requirements.
- Secret security clearance.
