Premier Health utilizes the EPIC system as the electronic medical record (EMR) in which patient health information is entered and stored for the purpose of securing patient clinical information and enhancing patient care. The IT Security Programmer Analyst performs Identity and Access Management functions within Epic for the Premier Health workforce. The position allows for continued development of the employee's basic information system knowledge, skills, and business process understanding. The position requires interaction with a wide/varied customer base and other Epic Application teams, and the ability to influence and coordinate within the peer group is necessary.
Minimum Level of Education Required: Associate degree
Additional requirements:§ Type of degree: Associate Degree in IT or related field with 2-4 years job experience required or Bachelor Degree in IT or related field with 0-4 years job experience required
Licensure/Certification/Registration
- EPIC certification in primary area of responsibility within 6 months in position is required.
