What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) position at T Bailey, Inc.?
T BAILEY is looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join our team. Our shops are full with various projects and QC requirements that allow our inspectors to use multiple different techniques including CWI, UT, MT. Successful candidates will have a passion for Quality Control and 5 years of experience. This position works closely with the Quality Supervisor to meet or exceed our customers quality needs. The majority of the job functions of this position will be related to the daily processes of performing quality control and creating related reports.
T BAILEY is a diversified general contractor experienced in heavy civil/industrial construction and heavy steel fabrication/structural fabrication with a commitment to quality, integrity and value.
This position is located at our Anacortes, Washington fabrication facility.
Qualifications:
- CWI
- UT-Shear Level II preferred
- Minimum 5 years Quality Control experience with emphasis in Welding Operations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Good verbal and written communication
- Blueprint reading of fabrication drawings
- Familiar with measuring and NDT devices
