Requirements

To succeed as a Sales Associate, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and maintain a clean and organized work area. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous retail experience is preferred but not necessary. Accurate mathematical skills and basic computer knowledge are also essential for success in this role.
