Position Title: Operator
FLSA Status: Exempt
GENERAL SUMMARY & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS*
Operates heavy equipment such as ;
Skid Steer
Roller
Grinder
Grader
Excavator
Back Hoe Loader
Loader
Maintains a safe and efficient job site
Keeps production up to profit margins set by management
Track/turn in all paperwork on a daily basis
Keep a positive attitude throughout the crew
Communicate with Project Managers on a daily basis
Communicate with shop personnel regarding damaged equipment
Report all deviations of method of construction to Superintendent
PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Class D license
Medical DOT card
OSHA training a plus
2A Hoisting License required*
Be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and stooping-bending up to 80lbs several hours a day
Be able to stand or sit several hours a day
Must abide by all safety policies
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Be able to work in extreme weather conditions
Be able to work the snow season
Salary : $40
