Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Collierville, TN for a Mobile Associate. The Mobile Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with products and services, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include greeting and checking in customers, answering questions, troubleshooting device issues, and staying up to date with the latest technology and promotions. The role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction through expert product knowledge and personalized service.
