Job Description: We are hiring for a support role to work closely with our Rental Coordinator and Service Manager. Primary duties will include the daily processing of photos and paperwork associated with movement of equipment, invoicing work within QuickBooks, and the scheduling and oversight of our heavy-duty trucks. A well-qualified candidate will need to be familiar and comfortable working within multiple software programs, be very organized, and self-motivated.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Answer multi-line phone system
· Prepare service invoices in Quickbooks
· Complete daily machine inventory
· Maintain driver logs & DOT Regulations
· Schedule (2) lowbed trucks daily including pulling permits
· Assist supervisors and other employees as needed
· File all service paperwork
· Other miscellaneous office duties as needed by other departments
Required Skills:
· High school diploma or GED equivalent
· Strong computer skills
· Good working knowledge of MS Office and Quickbooks
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible
· Capacity to analyze a situation and prioritize tasks
· Strong communication skills / detail-oriented
· Heavy Machinery knowledge preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
