As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and staff during your assigned shift. Your main duties will include:
- Managing and supervising a team of employees
- Ensuring excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues

- Handling cash transactions and ensuring accurate cash management
