Responsibilities:
- Bus tables according to sequence of service procedures.
- Carry dirty dishes from the dining room to the kitchen.
- Set tables with silverware and glassware.
- Replenish supply of clean linen, silverware, glassware, and dishes in the restaurant.
- Respond to any guest requests. Service beverages to guests.
- Responsible for keeping restaurant and bussing area clean.
- Assist servers when necessary.
- Assist Bartenders regularly with restocking when necessary.
- Change kegs when necessary under the direction of bartender or supervisor.
- Carefully and properly stack trays.
- Provide prompt, courteous guest service at all times following the Casino’s guest service standards including proper greetings and farewell.
- Must maintain a smile and pleasant body language.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, unless otherwise waived by Human Resources Management.
- Six (6) months of work experience required. Food and Beverage experience preferred.
