Essential Job Functions

• Maintains and repairs buildings' structural components and systems including plumbing and electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts, such as switches, fuses, ballasts and bulbs, etc.
• Repairs and replaces worn or damaged parts, such as hoses, wiring, and belts etc. for equipment, such as faucets, gas lines, steam jacket, microwave, etc. or any other parts/equipment.

Minimum Qualifications

EDUCATION

• High School Diploma in a related field or equivalent; no experience necessary we are willing to train the right person. We just are seeking someone with a strong work ethic and a can do attitude.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

• Must have valid Washington State Driver’s License

EXPERIENCE

• This position prefers a minimum of three years of maintenance/facilities experience, preferably in a restaurant or service industry environment.
