Knowledge and Experience
· Basic skills in communication and reading and writing in English
· Ability to hear and understand customer complaints and how to rectify problems
· Multitasking while remaining calm and courteous!
· Spanish is a plus
Experience and Education
· Server experience is a plus
High School diploma or equivalent
· Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service based industry
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
