Job Summary:

Front of House / FOH Team Members are responsible for collectively working together to create an experience of excellence for every guest that comes to eat at any of our restaurant locations.

We offer full and part time positions.

Front of House / FOH Job Duties:

• Greets guests enthusiastically
• Guide our guests through the company menu, resolve complaints, and provide information on promotions
• Accepts money in the form of cash and credit or debit cards for items purchased
• Ensures accurate transactions by balancing cash registers at the beginning and end of shift, and sales at the end of shift
• Deliver accurate orders to dine-in and carry out guests
• Engage with guests while performing lobby related duties such as cleaning and meeting guest needs at the table
• Must be a team player and assist when and where needed

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to operate available equipment such as cash registers, calculators
• Basic mathematical skills, as needed to make change or give refunds
• Knowledgeable about company’s products and services, customers-related policies
• Ability to remain alert and focused in an environment that is noisy and fast-paced

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Successful completion of on-the-job training

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods standing and working at kitchen equipment
• Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time
• Must be able to lift, carry, and place up to 50 pounds at a time
• May need to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis

This job will participate in tip sharing.

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week

Our strategy is simple - for every taco, bowl, salad, quesadilla, or nachos purchased a portion is donated to Feed My Starving Children (FMSC), our non-profit partner. FMSC has developed a scientifically formulated MannaPack Rice Meal that provides children with the nutrients they need to grow strong and healthy. MannaPacks are made up of rice, vitamins, soy and veggies and are sent to over 70 countries where they are distributed through schools, orphanages and CarePoints. We believe that food is the foundation that allows children to also receive medical care, education and skills training. We have seen firsthand the life-changing impact that each meal provides and the hope it brings to the children who receive it. Together we can change the world!
