Role: Clinical Director
Location: Acton, MA
Compensation: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00
General Description: Your job duties are directly tied to assuring TACT’s patients are provided world-class behavior analytic therapy.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Data management (Key Performance Indicators)
- Responsible for collection, storage, and reporting of KPI data according to each core process for which you are an accountable leader
- Manage and Supervise Case Board Certified Behavior Analysts (Case BCBAs)
- Manage Clinician Caseload Assignments
- Responsible for assuring an average case hours under management of 150 hours for all full time equivalent case BCBAs
- Responsible for assigning caseloads commensurate with case behavior analyst skill set
- Responsible for maintaining caseloads of reasonable size permitting case BCBAs to fulfill job duties adequately
- Management of the Clinical Case Management (CCM) audit
- Complete CCM audits according to company schedule
- Maintain proper documentation of CCM audit results
- Provide supervisory feedback according to CCM results to each case BCBA and maintain supervisory records pertaining to CCM management
- Consulted with BCBAs as needed for case conceptualization and challenges
- Provide as needed direct supervision of case BCBAs according to company supervisory standards
- Accountable for the accurate and timely documentation of all services
- Responsible for the management of physical clinic space
- Request clinic supplies when needed (e.g., client reinforcers, staff equipment)
- Maintain and enforce clinic policies related to COVID-19
- Interface with parents on as needed basis to address clinical concerns
- Management of all incident reports
- Respond to all reported incidents appropriately
- Maintain proper documentation of incident reports
- Management of treatment Plan submission process
- Accountable for accuracy and clinically sound and medically sound recommendations within each treatment plan submitted on behalf of TACT
- Consulted on appropriateness of goals and services
- Responsible for providing feedback to behavior analysts
- Accountable for on-time submission of treatment plans to funders
- Responsible for responding to peer-review requests and denials/modifications of authorizations
- Participate in the professional practice committee
- Consulted in the review of all research proposals
- Responsible for writing summary of research proposals
- Manage and oversee admissions/scheduling process and care coordinator
- Accountable for correspondence between care coordinator and prospective patients
- Accountable for maintaining confidential and accurate patient records during admissions process
- Accountable for maintaining the integrity of the admissions process
- Accountable for communications held between care coordinator and BCBAs regarding case assignments
- Communicate assignment from DEI with Clinician and Clients
- Inform Billing Specialist to request Initial Assessment Authorization
- Report on KPI’s
- Accountable for Development of schedules for new clients, new staff, or revisions using Scheduling Genie
- Responsible for the development of Scheduling Genie job aids and delivery of training for scheduling genie job aids
- Responsible for development and delivery of training for current staff for how scheduling is completed using schedule genie and rationale
- Accountable for Scheduling KPIs
As needed responsibilities
- Mentorship of Junior Practitioners
- Accountable for supervision of assigned junior practitioners in commensurate with completion of the Clinician Competency Checklist (CCC)
- Case BCBA Responsibilities
- Responsible for the delivery of QHP services in accordance with treatment plans for cases assigned
- Responsible for providing client-specific training for technicians assigned to join cases
- Assistance with Central Reach implementation and rollout
- Participation in leadership meetings
