TAG Lending Group is expanding fast, and we need a driven, high-energy Recruiter with 3 years of mortgage recruiting experience. You must be tech-savvy with HubSpot (Certified Partners), Slack, AI tools, and RETR. If you can bring in MLOs, Realtors, Branches, and Regions, this is your chance to earn big!
Your Role:
✅ Identify and recruit top-tier MLOs, Realtors, Branches, and Regional Teams
✅ Use AI, automation, and data-driven strategies to streamline hiring
✅ Leverage HubSpot, Slack, and RETR to engage and convert talent with our automation!
✅ Build relationships and drive company-wide growth
✅ Work with leadership to craft high-impact recruiting strategies

- No Caps On Any Loan Products such as DSCR Up to 4.250% margins paying 70% of net revenue.
2️⃣ AIMS – A.I Mortgage Solutions (Purchase Transactions Only)
- 60BPS on Internal Leads | 100BPS on Company Leads
- 160BPS on Co-Org Leads
- Tech Fee: $249/month
- Work Realtor accounts, attend open houses, and drive leads
- Requirements: 2 years MLO experience or 5 years in sales (phone/external sales preferred)
3️⃣ AIMS – A.I Mortgage Solutions (Refinance Transactions Only)
- 60BPS on Internal Leads | 100BPS on Company Leads
- 160BPS on Co-Org Leads
- Tech Fee: $249/month
- Cater to refinance leads and maximize conversions
- Requirements: 2 years MLO experience or 5 years in phone sales
