What are the responsibilities and job description for the Strategy Consultant position at Tahzoo?
We are currently seeking a Strategy Consultant to join our team. As a Strategy Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to develop business strategies based on personalized customer experiences. You will partner with C-level executives to plan and execute their initiatives, leveraging state-of-the-art enterprise technology. You will also be responsible for managing consulting projects and coordinating with other Tahzoo teams to ensure successful delivery.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into detailed project requirements
- Document and communicate requirements clearly to cross-functional teams
- Conduct in-depth analyses of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Work closely with product development teams to define key features that align with business goals
- Ensure that features meet customer needs and provide a competitive advantage
- Identify and evaluate potential solutions to business challenges, using data-driven analysis and creative problem-solving
- Present and advocate for the best solutions to stakeholders
- Develop comprehensive project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Lead the execution of these plans, ensuring timely and successful completion of initiatives
- Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, or strategies
- Leverage your management consulting background to provide strategic advice to executive leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations that drive business growth
Requirements
Salary range : $80-110k
Compensation will be determined based on your level of experience.
