What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cashier/Food Prep position at Taichi Bubble Tea?
Taichi Bubble Tea is looking for dependable and long-term kitchen staff. This requires building orders and managing stock. Basic cutting skills are preffered, but not required. We provide job training for all entry-level positions, no matter the experience level.
There will be an eventual opening for Assistent Manager, which is a promoted position. This will come with additional training and an increase in salary.
Taichi Bubble Tea strives for customers to have a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service. All employees must be willing to fully memorize our menu, distribute orders, and answer customers questions. During slower hours, staff are expected to clean and keep their station well stocked. Closing tasks are split between each station. As such, all employees must be able to lift between 10 and 20 pounds without difficulty.
Benefits include free downtown parking (upon 25 hours a week), discounts on Taichi bubble tea merchandise, and a competitive wage. Training starts is $10 an hour, and typically lasts for 20-30 hours.

If an employee does not show up when scheduled, they are immediately taken off the schedule until they can meet with the manager. Exceptions are made for emergencies.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.50 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
